At cultgaiamall, we aim to make delivery straightforward and predictable. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect after you place an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, are processed on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days and includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery within the contiguous 48 states takes 3–5 business days. The carrier is selected based on your delivery state to ensure reliable service; we do not use a random or undisclosed carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. We do not charge sales tax, and no tax is calculated or added at checkout.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days, or if your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at info@cultgaiamall.my with your order number. Weather, peak season, and unforeseen events can occasionally extend carrier transit times beyond the estimate above; these estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issue and keep you informed.
